1. Agreement to Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription you select. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. If you cancel, you may continue to use the subscription until the end of your current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Such notice may be provided by email, through your account, or by posting on our website.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MindArcade for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not:

6. Termination
